BSE Listing Criteria for Startups
The Startup must be in operation for at least two years The Startup should be registered with DPIIT or should have paid up capital of at least 1 Crore The Startup should have a positive Net Worth There should preferably be prior QIB investments (Angel / Accredited Investors) for at least 2 years at the time of filing of the draft prospectus The post-issue paid up capital of the Startup should not be more than INR 25 Crores
BSE Listing Criteria for SME’s
The Company must be in operations for at least three years Net Tangible Assets should be at least INR 1.5 Crores The Company should have a positive Net Worth Of the past three years, the Company should have positive cash accruals (EBITDA) in any one year The post-issue paid up capital of the Company should not be more than INR 25 Crores
Process
Listing Process on BSE SME & BSE Startups
The Issuer Company consults and appoints the Merchant Banker/s in an advisory capacity.
The Merchant Banker prepares the documentation for filing after conducting due diligence regarding the Company
a. Submission of DRHP/Draft Prospectus
b. Verification & Site Visit
c. In-Principle approval from BSE
The Initial Public Offer opens and closes as per schedule. Company submits documents for finalization of allotment
BSE finalizes the basis of allotment and issues the Notice regarding Listing and Trading
